Public Notice – Congregation Update
Please be informed that the 3rd congregation, initially scheduled for December 16, 2023, has been postponed to January 13, 2024.
It is announced for the information of all graduating students and the public that the 3rd Congregation of the University to award degrees (Diploma, Undergraduate, and Graduate) will take place on Saturday 13th January 2024 at the CKT-UTAS Auditorium, Navrongo.
The Time is 9:00 am prompt.
Graduate and undergraduate students are required to pay a graduation fee of Three Hundred and Fifty Ghana Cedis (GH₵350.00) and Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH₵300.00) respectively. Payments should be made through Fidelity Bank Ghana Limited or Republic Bank PLC
Graduands are entitled to invite two (2) Guests to the Congregation and are responsible for their own transportation, accommodation, and refreshments as well as for their Guests.
A compulsory Pre-Congregation rehearsal for all Graduands will take place at the CKT-UTAS Auditorium on Friday 12th January, 2024. The Time is 4:00 pm prompt.
Distribution of Academic Gowns and souvenirs follows immediately after the rehearsal.
Note – Photographers
Photographers who wish to set up photo booths are to visit the University Relations Office for accreditation by January 11, 2024.
