How to Apply

Welcome to our application process! We have made it simple and convenient for you to join our esteemed institution.

Follow these easy steps to embark on your journey towards a bright future:

1. The first step to Applying for admission is to buy the Admission E-Voucher which contains a PIN and a Serial Number.

You can purchase the voucher on all Telecom networks using the USSD Code *776*123#.

To Buy Admission Voucher:
• Dial *776*123#
• Enter merchant code: CKTUTAS
• Select [2] Admission Voucher Payment
• Select [1] Undergraduate or [2] Postgraduate
• Enter Applicant’s Name
• Select payment channel [1] Fidelity [2] Mobile Money
• Confirm Details
• Proceed to make payment

You can also buy the voucher at any Ghana Commercial Bank (GCB), Republic and Fidelity Bank Branches nationwide.

2. Create an Account and Login:

Visit admissions.cktutas.edu.gh to create your account using the PIN and Serial number acquired and securely log in to our application portal.

Your account will serve as your gateway to the application process.

• Enter your name, Email and Create a password (Take note of your password and email)

• Select admission type (Undergraduate or Postgraduate)

• For Undergraduate applicants, You have options based on your qualification, either applying as a Direct WASSCE applicant, as a Mature WASCCE(25yr+) or as HND/Diploma Holders.

• Mature applicants will have to select the appropriate option that corresponds with their qualifications. eg. Diploma or HND Holder seeking admission into any undergraduate programme.

• Applicants seeking admission into a master’s (MSC, MPHIL, M.ED) programme should select Masters student. Doctoral Student if applying for a PhD programme.

• Enter the SERIAL and PIN number received after payment and click on register.

3. Complete Your Bio Data:

Provide accurate and comprehensive information about yourself in the Bio Data section. This includes your name, date of birth, gender, nationality, etc.

4. Personal Contact Details:

Share your current contact information, including your address, phone number, and email address. We will use these details to keep you updated throughout the application process.

5. Parent or Guardian Details:

Provide the necessary information about your parent or guardian, including their name, occupation, and contact details.

This information helps us ensure effective communication and support during your academic journey.

6. Choice of Programmes:

Select your preferred programme(s) from our wide range of offerings. Explore our comprehensive list of academic disciplines and choose the path that aligns with your interests and career goals.

7. Educational and Employment History:

Tell us about your educational background and any relevant employment history. This information helps us assess your qualifications and experiences.

8. Examination History:

Share details about your previous examinations, including examination type, year, and results. This information helps us understand your academic achievements and determine your eligibility for the desired programme.

9. Documents Upload:

Upload the necessary documents to support your application, such as identification documents, academic transcripts, and certificates. Ensure all documents are clear and legible for evaluation.

10. Summary Confirmation:

After providing all the required information, you will receive a summary of your application details. Take a moment to review and confirm the accuracy of the provided information before proceeding.

11. Submit Your Application:

Once you have reviewed and confirmed the summary, submit your application.

Please note that uncompleted applications will not be processed. Ensure that you have filled in all the required sections and uploaded all necessary documents.
