Rev. Fr Emmanuel Acheampong has donated 20 copies of his book “Catch Them Young!” to the C. K. Tedam University of Technology and Sciences (CKT-UTAS).
On behalf of the University Community, the Registrar, Dr. V. A. Ankamah-Lomotey, expressed a warm appreciation for this thoughtful donation. He stated that this kind gesture will inspire and foster a love for reading, personal growth, and character development among the Students of CKT-UTAS.
Rev.Fr. Emmanuel Acheampong is a Catholic Priest in the Navrongo-Bolgatanga Diocese, and a Professional Teacher. He currently teaches Academic Writing at St. John Bosco’s College of Education, Navrongo, Ghana, while finishing his doctoral studies in Culture and Development Studies at the Miller Institute for Transdisciplinary and Development Studies (MITDS), Ghana.
Rev. Fr. Acheampong has a passion for youth development, to which he dedicates his energies as a priest, teacher and development professional. He has participated in various global Youth programmes, including the World Youth Day Celebrations in Brazil and Poland.
He also coordinates and partners with various development organizations within and outside the Catholic Church to undertake various youth development projects and programmes. Rev. Fr. Acheampong is an avid and dedicated youth development scholar and practitioner.
