All graduating students and the general public are reminded of the 5th Congregation of the University scheduled to take place on Saturday, June 21, 2025, to confer degrees on deserving postgraduate and undergraduate students.
The Ceremony will take place at the CKT-UTAS Auditorium, Navrongo, at 8.00 am prompt. Graduands (postgraduate and undergraduate) are required to pay a graduation fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHC500).
Payments should be made through the respective students’ portal into the university’s bank accounts, in the same manner as school fees are paid.
Graduands may invite two (2) guests to the Congregation Ceremony.
They are responsible for the transportation, accommodation, and refreshments of their guests. Graduands are also required to register for the Congregation at the Academic Affairs Office before or on Thursday, June 19, 2025.
A compulsory Pre-Congregation rehearsal for all graduands will take place at the CKT-UTAS Auditorium on Friday, June 20, 2025, at 4.00 p.m. prompt.
The distribution of Academic Gowns and souvenirs will follow immediately after the rehearsal.
